Van de Z4 Mille Miglia Edition zijn er slechts 99 gemaakt, en met de 35is motor is dit de meest geliefde! De limited edition is een ode aan de overwinningen van BMW in de historische Mille Miglia race. Deze Edition omvat onder andere Polaris zilveren lak, zwarte grills, een M-aerodynamica pakket, 19 inch velgen in Dark Chrome, sportstoelen in leder/alcantara met rode stiknaad en diamant stiksel en een ook het stuurwiel afgewerkt met rode stiknaad.
